"Liberty" AKC GRCH/UKC RACEA GRCH, HRNS CH Vendetta's Lady Liberty (Libby) - needs just 6 points for her AKC GRCH Title
Liberty was born Veterans Day 11/11/2019 and is our next show hopeful.
What can I say about this amazing girl? She certainly is special! Her show career has been a wild ride. She has done some amazing winning along the way. You'll see her record below. What is most special about this girl is her heart. She LOVES everybody, her temperament is 2nd to none. Her personality is by far one of the best I have seen. She is so super sweet, funny, playful, spoiled & beautiful. I could rave about this precious girl all day. I am so proud to be her breeder. One of the best I have bred for sure. Right up there with her momma Stevie, uncle Striker, Grand Dam Birdie & little sister Theory.
I'm so lucky that Libby owns my great longtime since Junior High or Elementary School friend DeeDee Wood-Staub. DeeDee loves Libby so much & there is nothing DeeDee wouldn't do for this special girl. I am so thankful that DeeDee puts up with all the showing stuff & I basically gives me visitation on weekends & I get to be a huge part of this girls life. It's been an amazing & again I am thankful and grateful that DeeDee puts up with this!

It has been a wild ride and through a pandemic and with over a year off between her 1st point and last point but she did it!
Libby started her show career of with a WB from the Bred By Class at just 6 1/2 months old. In about 7 months of showing (mostly breeder handled) Libby pick up 6 points and was the reserve queen. Libby showed from May 2019 to January 2020 and then the Covid Pandemic hit. Libby wouldn't see the show ring again until September 2020. She went reserve to almost a Major the 1st day back in the ring. She was over weight and not showing her best. She showed 1 more weekend in November 2020 and was again pulled from showing until May of 2021. That weekend wasn't great but by her next show in July she was again showing like we knew she could, she placed well in large classes of 6 or 7 all 4 days that weekend. She showed one more weekend with me in August 2021 taking 1st in class both days before we decided it was time to let Erin Maureen Piercy take the lead and I am so glad we did. The 1st weekend out with Erin September 11th & 12th Libby went WB/BOW for a 3 Point Major followed by WB the next day for her 2nd 3 Point Major bringing Libby to 12 points with both Majors. It was a do or die weekend as I was starting to think Libby would never finish. Libby's next weekend out was 10/2 & 10/3 with Erin and the 1st day she goes BOB for her 13th Point and RWB the next. Libby's next weekend out 10/9 & 10/10 I took the lead because Erin wasn't at that show and the 1st day I took WB with Libby for her 14th Point. Just 12 days later I showed Libby in a 3 day circuit where Libby took BOB all 3 days, becoming a champion the 1st day.
Libby has shown 9 days in the 3 weeks since earning her Championship and been in the points 8 of them and has all of her competition wins as well as her majors for a total of 19 Points in 3 weeks, with 3 BOB's, 4 Selects & 1 BOS. That in addition to the 9 points (including both majors) between 9/11/21 and 10/22/21. Since earning her championship, all but 1 single GRCH point was Breeder/Owner Handled. Libby didn't come back out for those last 6 points until April 2022. First weekend out (at the SVBC & EBBC Specialties Libby and Erin picked up a 4 point Major. A couple weekends later a trip to Turlock Libby picks up 1 more point leaving her just 1 point away from her GRCH title. Libby came out 1 more weekend (a 3 dayer) and gets Select for 1 point BOS for 1 point & BOS for 1 point.
While Libby was on break from showing in AKC from 11/14/21 until April 2022 she showed in UKC & IABCA Shows.
In addition to the above wins, Libby earned her UKC CH & GRCH titles in 2021 and is almost half way to her Emerald GRCH + ended 2021 as the # 3 Boxer in the UKC's Top 10. Libby also earned her NAT & HRNS CH Titles in IABCA Shows 1/22 & 1/23 2022 and in doing so she earned the opportunity to show in the Gold Cup Series and won the GOLD CUP GOLD under Elizabeth (Lani McKennon) & Gary L Andersen. In July 2022 Libby also earned her RACEN & RACEA UKC Precision Coursing titles and needs 1 more run for her AKC BCAT title.
What an amazing girl!!!!!
Later in 2022 or 2023 (after health testing) we will breed Libby and have some of her puppies in the ring.
